Purpose and contract
AIOS is a school workspace for schools, staff and authorised students. This page sets out general usage rules. The order form, school contract and data processing agreement define commercial commitments; viewing this page does not constitute signing a contract.
Available services
AIOS brings together lessons and pathways, quizzes, resources, planning, Aiko, teacher studio, learning follow-up, messaging, Live sessions and access management. Availability depends on permissions and configuration. The personal canvas is local to the device and separate from live collaboration.
Accounts and minors
The school organises access, informs users and determines supervision conditions for minors. Users protect credentials, respect their access scope and report suspicious use. A person’s access rights cannot be extended by an instruction to Aiko.
Content and AI
You must have the necessary rights to import or share content. Verify generated results and follow educational instructions. Significant decisions about a student require assessment by a competent person. Acceptable use is detailed in a separate policy.
Offer, availability and support
Prices, payment deadlines, commitment periods, service levels and termination terms are those of the signed contract. Maintenance may interrupt service. Contact aios.educ@gmail.com for support or contractual enquiries.
Suspension and end of service
Misuse or a security incident may require access restrictions. Notifications, review options, data return and deletion follow the contract and applicable law. No unconfirmed liability cap or exclusive jurisdiction is added to this page.
