Who is involved?
AIOS is published by AMABY PROJECT MANAGEMENT - FZCO. For school use, the school determines purposes and authorised users; AIOS processes data on its behalf under the contract and its instructions. AIOS directly manages sales enquiries and contacts received through its website.
What data is used, and why?
Accounts, roles, classes and subjects support access management. Resources, work, quiz answers and progress indicators support learning and its follow-up. Aiko conversations, attachments and recordings submitted for transcription are used to respond to requests. School messages support authorised communication. Technical data supports operation and security. The demo form collects professional contact details and the school’s needs.
Legal grounds and choices
The school must inform users of the applicable legal ground for each school use, including use by minors. AIOS processes contact requests to respond and prepare a contractual relationship; security operations protect the service. Optional preference storage and usage statistics depend on your choice. Declining these options does not prevent sign-in.
Access and providers
Access depends on role, school and content sharing. The infrastructure uses Vercel and Supabase. AI features may transmit the necessary context to configured providers, including OpenAI; the software also supports Anthropic and Google. The providers actually enabled, their regions and transfer safeguards must be confirmed in your school agreement. This website does not guarantee that all requests are processed in Paris.
Retention and local storage
Retention periods for school data, backups and return or deletion operations must be specified in the school contract. No universal automatic annual purge is promised here. Cookie choices expire after 180 days. The editable canvas stays in the device browser; clearing local data may delete the drawing. An image sent to Aiko becomes part of conversation processing.
Minors and educational decisions
Use must remain educational and supervised. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data in messages or documents. Learning indicators are not medical diagnoses or autonomous placement or disciplinary decisions. AIOS does not provide for selling student data or using it for targeted advertising.
Exercise your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Contact your school first for school data, or aios.educ@gmail.com for assistance. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may also contact the competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes product use as of the date shown. Unconfirmed contractual settings are detailed on the Data processing agreement page. Material changes must be communicated to the schools concerned.
