Permitted use
Use AIOS to learn, prepare lessons, organise schoolwork and communicate within your school’s authorised framework. Follow assessment instructions and disclose AI assistance when your teacher requires it.
Respect for people
Harassment, bullying, threats, impersonation and sharing unlawful or harmful content are prohibited. Sensitive subjects studied for educational purposes must remain contextualised and supervised.
Protecting the service
Do not bypass authentication, permissions or school isolation. Do not introduce malware, disrupt the service or bulk-collect other people’s data. Report vulnerabilities without exploiting or disclosing personal data.
Content and decisions
Only import content you are authorised to use. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data to Aiko. Check generated answers. Significant assessment, placement or disciplinary decisions must not rely solely on AI.
Supervision and reporting
The school organises supervision appropriate to students’ ages. Report misuse to the responsible school team or aios.educ@gmail.com, describing relevant facts without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
Consequences of misuse
Depending on severity, misuse may lead to a warning or access restrictions, under the contract and applicable law. Contact support to explain the situation or request a review.
